Here are the new features and enhancements added to our Produce Inventory Control System (PICS) software. Inventory, traceability and accounting made easy!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New Sales Order screen functionality. We have added an Email\/Fax button to the Sales Order screen. This is used to manually send Sales Order Confirmations via EmFx. We changed the button that was there to always say &#8220;Confirmation&#8221;. This means you can now print and\/or send Sales Order Confirmations. Further, we added a new System Control to allow you to set up the system to automatically send Sales Order Confirmations via EmFx (if the appropriate contacts have been set up).<\/li>\n<li>Improvement to EmFx Reports. We added code to the 6 EmFx capable reports to make the information in the body of the email consistent. Added the ability to print messages. Added system control to allow printing of the messages.<\/li>\n<li>Confirmation of Sale now includes the carrier address. We added the carrier address to the information which can be printed on the Confirmation of Sale report.<\/li>\n<li>Set Cut-off Time for Online Ordering. We have added code to allow you to set the cut-off time for Online Ordering for each customer. It is maintained in the Web Data screen which can be accessed from the Customer Screen.<\/li>\n<li>Set default vendors for costing charges. We have added the ability to set default vendors for costing charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Do you have an idea for an enhancement?
