PICS Lite is very close to completion. Our latest target date for the completion of the entire project is: Spring 2018.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/www.produceinventory.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/bigstock-Latest-Update-Programming-Soft-132039317.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-1960\" src=\"http:\/\/www.produceinventory.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/10\/bigstock-Latest-Update-Programming-Soft-132039317-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"latest PICS updates\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>Below are the PICS Updates completed in September:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Added the GL Account to the Bank Deposit list.<\/li>\n<li>Added the GL Account to the Bank Reconciliation list<\/li>\n<li>Added Price Source and Price Overridden fields to the sales order line table. These will contain information about where the prices came from, and whether the user overrode the price which was supplied by the system. Here are the possibilities: ST &#8211; stock item CP &#8211; cust-product CU &#8211; cust stk unit LT &#8211; lot MA &#8211; Manual &#8211; Unknown.<\/li>\n<li>Added a surcharge type to the customer screen. If you used minimum order surcharges in the past, your customers will now be set to surcharge type = A which is to add a misc stock item to the end of the sales order for the surcharge. You can also set the surcharge type to B where PICS will increase the prices on eligible sales order lines while turning the sales order into an invoice.
