There will be a 75 day public consultation period with comments due<strong> September 4, 2019. <\/strong>Industry is strongly encouraged to review the regulations and provide comments during the consultation period.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"http:\/\/inspection.gc.ca\/food\/requirements-and-guidance\/labelling\/notice-to-industry-2019-06-21\/eng\/1561062587813\/1561062588137\">notice to industry<\/a> has been posted on the CFIA website which includes information and links to what changes are proposed.
