Here are the improvements we made during February:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Added SO Whse fields to the customer screen and the ship to screen. These are used when entering a sales order to determine the default warehouse for the sales order. When a sales order is started, PICS looks to see if the user has a default sales order warehouse. If they don&#8217;t, then it looks for a global default sales order warehouse. When the customer is selected, if it has a default sales order warehouse that will be used. And finally, if\/when a Customer Ship To record is selected, if that ship to has a default sales order warehouse, that will be used.<\/li>\n<li>Added additional help text to the AP and AR Subledger to GL Comparison reports, which provide additional steps to determine why something is out of balance.<\/li>\n<li>Added a &#8220;Selling\/Price Level For FOB Cost&#8221; system control to be used for showing FOB Cost on the Sales Order form. The default value of 0 will hide it. If you use one of the price levels to represent your FOB cost, this field will show you the price for that price level for the current stock item. The heading will be the name of the price level. This allows you to see not only the actual cost of the item, but the price level which you define as FOB cost.<\/li>\n<li>Added the ability to choose which types of sales orders are displayed in the sales order list.
