This made it work the way other screens in PICS work (i.e. Add\/Edit\/Find\/Filter\/List, etc.). We also changed the way it works from the security screen. On that screen, if a user has system control overrides, when you click the button (in view mode only), it will give you a list of their overrides. If you choose one in the list and press enter on it, you will be taken to the new System Controls screen for that control for that user.
