We care about your business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">February&#8217;s PICS Software for Fresh Produce Improvements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improved the performance of the vendor history inquiry in PICS 3.0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Added the ability to set up a customer&#8217;s default qty on storage unit (in PICS 3.0 only). This is maintained in the Customer Prices screen. When sales order lines are added, it will use this value (if set up) instead of the lot or stock specific value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PICS 3.0 has a new feature which (if the Selling\/Display Oversold Message) system control is enabled) will check to see if the item is oversold. The formula it uses is &#8220;if Quantity on hand minus Quantity on Sales Order(s) plus Quantity on Purchase Order(s) is negative, then Quantity Oversold is the absolute value of that number\u201d. If the item is oversold, then PICS will pop up a message saying &#8220;This item is oversold&#8221; and the message will include the display of Qty On Hand, Qty on SO, Qty on PO and Oversold by. Note that this is in PICS 3.0 only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Added the ability to allow\/disallow a user to use PICS 2.5 and PICS 3.0 in the user setup (Utilities\/Security).
