We have been using this inventory management software since 2010, and it has become an essential tool in our day-to-day operations. Over the years, we have successfully implemented additional modules that have significantly strengthened our produce traceability processes and improved overall operational control.
Its flexibility and scalability have allowed us to adapt the platform to our growing operational needs, while maintaining strong control over food safety and traceability requirements.

Great customer service and attentive to details
We’ve been working with WaudWare since we formed our company “Top West Produce Sales” in May of 2022. We have received great customer service, and the WaudWare team has been very attentive to details, always reply quickly to questions or problems when they arise. PICS reports are easy to access, and the site is very user-friendly. I would recommend their services to anyone in the produce business. I don’t see any reason to change systems, and I expect to have a long-lasting relationship with WaudWare.

My favourite thing is although I believe we may be a ‘smaller’ WaudWare customer, we are ALWAYS treated as the best customer. The customer service from top to bottom is impeccable!
