We have enhanced the Toronto Wholesale Produce Association (TWPA) A/R Receipt Import in our Produce Inventory Control System (PICS) software to allow bill-to customers to be handled more effectively. Now you can set up multiple customer records for each location, and point them all to a central bill to account. When you sell to these customers, the receivables will all be sent to the TWPA using the Bill-To customer number, and when Payment arrives, it can be imported to that Bill-To customer code.
