The folks at Downey Farms Ltd. have been using the Produce Inventory Control System (PICS) for several years.
With Produce Traceability Initiatives (PTI) on the horizon, and to gain more control over their potato packing process, inventory and other needs, Downey Farms decided to implement the PICS Production Module. This will allow them to keep track of bulk potato products used in finished goods, as well as track products from field to customer using PICS Lot Control capabilities. Watch a video.
