PICS Software Enhancements
- Adjusted the customer statement info inquiry to show negatives in red.
- Added the ability to send electronic payments to vendors through BMO’s banking portal. This means that PICS now handles electronic payments in formats accepted by all the major Canadian Banks.
- Added a new Selling/Date to use for Create AP from OB Load system control. When you create A/P from an outbound load, PICS uses this system control to determine the date to use for the A/P Voucher. If you set this to C, it will use the current date. If you set it to (the default of) S, it will use Date Shipped from the Outbound Load.
- Added the ability to set up “Catch-All” GL Cross Reference Records for Revenue. Previously there had to be a record for each category. Now, if you wish, you can set up these GL Cross Reference records with the category set to “**” (2 asterisks). If you do this, then if the category which the stock item on the Sales Order, Brokerage order or AR Voucher is not set up in the GL Cross Reference Table, the Catch-All record (for the same Currency and Customer Type) will be used.
