VPICS Purchase Order Entry

We have added the ability to enter Purchase Orders in VPICS (Produce Inventory Control System add-on for touch screens). Previously, you could only receive orders.  Now your receivers can use a touch screen to easily enter and/or receive purchase orders in the receiving area.
