Customer Adder

Added the ability for a customer to have a dollar amount “adder” such that the prices in their price list can be added to or subtracted from. This works in conjunction with or instead of the customer price multiplier which was already in the system. So for example, you can now have a customer on a price level, and then add 10% plus (or minus) $1.00 to the prices in that level.
