December was a busy month at WaudWare. Here are the new features and enhancements added to our Produce Inventory Control System (PICS) software. Inventory, traceability and accounting made easy!
- New Sales Order screen functionality. We have added an Email/Fax button to the Sales Order screen. This is used to manually send Sales Order Confirmations via EmFx. We changed the button that was there to always say “Confirmation”. This means you can now print and/or send Sales Order Confirmations. Further, we added a new System Control to allow you to set up the system to automatically send Sales Order Confirmations via EmFx (if the appropriate contacts have been set up).
- Improvement to EmFx Reports. We added code to the 6 EmFx capable reports to make the information in the body of the email consistent. Added the ability to print messages. Added system control to allow printing of the messages.
- Confirmation of Sale now includes the carrier address. We added the carrier address to the information which can be printed on the Confirmation of Sale report.
- Set Cut-off Time for Online Ordering. We have added code to allow you to set the cut-off time for Online Ordering for each customer. It is maintained in the Web Data screen which can be accessed from the Customer Screen.
- Set default vendors for costing charges. We have added the ability to set default vendors for costing charges.
