Here’s how to access the Basic Workflow Overview in PICS in 3 simple steps:

Step 1:  Press F1 to access PICS Help. You must be logged into PICS to do this. You can also click the window menu, then click help.

Step 2:  Select and click on PICS Help Overview

Step 3:  Click on PICS Flow Chart. Here’s what you’ll see:

This shows every function available in our Produce Inventory Control System (PICS) software You can click on the boxes to drill down into specific functions and get help for that item.
