Improved functionality of Customer Prices Screen in PICS

We have enhanced the customer prices screen in PICS such that you can only get into the price level that the customer is set up for. We have also added the last date sold and last price paid. We added the ? button, so you can inquire on the terminal, date, time and user the record was added or last changed on. And we have enhanced the list such that when you tab to the stock # column, the customers are in order by customer id.
