We’re listening! We’re constantly working on process/system improvements and enhancements to our Produce Inventory Control System (PICS) software in response to customer feedback. Click to see PICS features that help businesses in the fresh produce industry manage both inventory and traceability (and more) in one software program. Here are the improvements we made to PICS during January:
- Send notes with Statements, Orders and Confirmations. We have enhanced the AR Statement, AP Voucher, Purchase Order, Inbound Load Confirmation and Sales Order Confirmation such that the notes can be printed when you send via EmFx.
- EmFx now includes memo data. We have enhanced our EmFx system such that memo data can now be included on documents sent via EmFx.
- Count Sheet now includes date received. We have included Date Received in the information which can be included on the Count Sheet report.
- Improved System Control. We added a new System Control to allow you to allow or suppress the display of cost in the Sales Order Screen. This would be useful where the user needs to see cost elsewhere in the system, but customers like to watch users enter sales orders.
