We have added the display of the total weight of inputs and outputs (product only, not packaging or other “non-produce” items) to the work order screens in PICS. Further, if the total weight of the outputs exceed the total weight of the inputs, a red warning message will be displayed.
Work Orders can now be created either from a received Purchase Order line, or from the Production Board screen in PICS.
We have added the calculation of weight into the information that can be printed on the Pro Forma document (for exporting product from Canada to the USA).
We have added a Vendor Approval Document Required system control to PICS, whereby you can specify a Vendor Attachment type. If this system control is filled, when a Purchase Order is entered for a Vendor that does not have a Vendor Approval Document attached, the user will be warned.

We have added code to the Bill of Materials screen in PICS such that the code and description can be auto-filled with information from the output when there is only one output.
We have added the ability in PICS to enter “Process Instructions” into the Bill of Materials. These instructions can be printed in Bill of Material Reports.
We have added a Multi-Post screen to PICS, whereby you can post inputs to multiple work orders at once (for example labour, overhead or, in the case of Growing Work Orders, sprays, or other treatments).
We have enhanced all the sales reports in PICS to factor in outbound load costs in the profit.
We have added the ability to send a customer Statement by EmFx directly from the Customer Account Info screen in PICS. If you have EmFx or EmFxLite, you will have this capability.
