NSF-GFTC (NSF and Guelph Food Technology Centre) is holding its sixth consecutive Safe Food Canada symposium on February 26, 2015. This year’s line-up promises to build on the high standard of excellence in information sharing and networking. Topics will include food fraud, the Safe Food for Canadians Act and global supply chain risk. Hear a panel discussion with industry experts on then and now best practices in food chain management and how these examples contribute to the bottom line success of their businesses. The NSF-GFTC Food Safety Recognition Awards will also be announced.
