The (not-so) Big Guy Showed Up for the 27th Time

Now that’s commitment! On Saturday, November 19, Santa and his reindeer visited the City of Brampton for the 27th time. In keeping with tradition, the jolly old elf himself was preceded by a long and colourful lineup of giant inflatables, bands, lit-up floats and 250 costumed characters!

The WaudWare team will make it to Santa’s “nice list” – for sure – this year (we hope) for volunteering their time (and their spouses and children) to make the experience memorable for everyone.

As Parade Committee Chair, Chris Rumsey said, “The (volunteer) committee has made a conscious decision to ensure the parade represents the community it celebrates. Businesses large and small combine with service clubs, churches, minor sports groups, schools and other community groups to participate in and contribute to the parade. We are proud that it is truly a community parade that is organized by a dedicated group of volunteers from within our city.”
