- We have made the GL Account and GL Transaction screens larger, and added link buttons, so you can drill from one to the other and back.
- We have adjusted the code in the Sales Order Batch Update program such that the part which clears records from the sales data warehouse tables is much faster now.
- We have added an Allow Over Selling system control to the system If set to No, it will not allow you to sell more than you have. It is used in WebPICS only at the present time. We plan to add it to the Sales Order screen in the future.
- We have reworked the Sales Order Batch update program such that it should run much more quickly now. We have changed it such that the updating of the customer balances is all done at the end, instead of on an order by order basis.
- We have added code to PICS to optionally automatically assign GTIN’s to new stock items and/or alternate units. We also have a routine which will “bulk load” the GTIN if you need that. In order to take advantage of this, you need to do a few things. The 3 System controls for prefixes (Company, Stock and Alternate) need to be loaded. The suffixes need to be set up in the last numbers screen. Please give us a call if you want to take advantage of this.
