Latest Produce Inventory Control System (PICS) Software Updates:
- We added a flag to the customer table and screen to allow them to be configured to not send AR Vouchers via EmFx. In conjunction with this we have enhanced the sending of AR Vouchers via EmFx to let the user know whether the customer is set up to not be sent to, or whether there are no contacts set up.
- We improved the GL Year list to show the description for the year, as well as to show the # of periods in the year if any of the periods are not 12.
- We added a description column to the GL Year and Period screen. This can be useful if there are an irregular number of periods in the year, as well as for making a more easy to understand description if the year does not follow the calendar.
