New System Control in PICS
PICS now has a new system control to allow administrators to set a number of months to keep audit logging history for. It can be set to 0 (zero) to turn off audit logging if desired.
View JPG attachments in PICS (Produce Inventory Control System) Software
We enhanced the Attachments system in PICS such that you can now view JPG files in the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. To do so, in your PICS.INI file, for JPG, specify the program as shimgvw.dll (as in c:\windows\system32\shimgvw.dll)

We have added buttons to the bottom of the G/L Year screen in PICS such that users (with the appropriate security rights) can run the Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Comparative Income Statement reports directly from this screen.

WebPICS Sales Order Improved with Single Letter Link for Filtering!
Customer and Stock Lists in the Sales Order module of WebPICS have been enhanced with a ‘NEW’ single letter (A-Z, 0-9) link for filtering. This effectively provides filtering of the Customer Name or Stock Number by the ‘Link’ chosen in one easy selection.
Current Date and Time on PICS Production Posting Screen
We have enhanced the PICS Production posting screen such that posting lines will have the current date and time filled in as they are entered. Previously, the date and time from the header was being put into each line.
