Meet the Buyer at OFVC!

Anyone working in the Ontario produce industry knows that the OPMA plays an integral role in connecting companies across the supply chain. This popular, “Meet the Buyer” event is sponsored and supported by the OPMA to support new and existing relationships between retail and food service buyers, and suppliers at the annual OFVGA Convention.

“Meet the Buyer”, now entering its 4th year, is an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand insight into sourcing requirements as well as speak directly to key personnel and explore potential supply opportunities.

The event starts with a brief introduction of the participating buyers including an overview of their organization. The introductions are followed by ‘speed-dating’ style, one-on-one meetings allowing participants to meet, learn, and network about their role in the value chain and how to create value-added business opportunities.

There is no fee for this event.

SELLERS wishing to participate can register online when purchasing their 2018 OFVC registration package.

BUYERS wishing to participate in the event can contact emilia@theopma.ca.
