The technical support team at WaudWare is always listening to customer feedback on how we can improve our Produce Inventory Control System (PICS) software. This month we’re presenting 3 new features:
- New Employee Notes Section. We added the ability to put notes into Employee records, making it easier to keep important employee information in one place.
- Journal Exchange Rate Update. We made a change to the Sales, Debit/Credit and Receipts Journals such that the exchange rate used is the one in the vouchers, as opposed to the one in effect at the time of the printing.
- Improved Sales Order Screen. We have improved the display of the quantities for a stock item on the sales order screen. Those fields will now show the quantities for the entire stock items, the stock and the lot, the stock and the warehouse and/or the stock, lot and warehouse depending on whether the lot and warehouse have been chosen.
- New Multiple Databases Feature. We have added the ability to update multiple databases all together when installing a new build. If you have more than one dataset, after the default one gets updated upon starting PICS for the first time after a new build, then on the Select Database screen, you can use the new Update Multiple Databases feature to do the rest
