Pricing Maintenance Screen Resolution
We have increased the size of the Pricing Maintenance screen in PICS so as to fit in 1024×768 or higher resolution. Added code to the screen preventing it from coming up in lower resolutions.
A/R Receipts Import Programs

Debit and Credit Memo System
We have changed the Debit Memo and Credit Memo system in PICS such that the numbers assigned to them are now sequential and able to be set by your system administrator. Previously these documents were numbered using a system generated key, which meant that the numbers were not sequential.
Delete A/R Voucher

Sales Order Shipping Inventory allocation routine in PICS
We have altered the Sales Order Shipping Inventory allocation routine such that if there is no inventory to automatically ship product, no shipping header will be created.
Bug Fix for editing Sales Orders in PICS
Fixed a bug whereby if you edited a Sales Order, tried to select a Ship to customer, and if there were none to choose from, the ship via code got blanked. This prevented the order from printing.
Stock Lot Screen enhancements in PICS
Added PO #, Repack # and W/O # buttons to the stock lot screen, so you can drill down to those screens for any lot.
Digital Documents for A/R Receipts in PICS
We have added the ability to attach digital documents to the A/R Receipts screen. This means you can store (for example) copies of remittance information for customer payments.
Editing Stock Items in PICS
We have adjusted the Stock Items screen such that you can now edit the size, package and/or grade descriptions in that screen.
Exchange Rates shown from Home Currency to Foreign Currency and vice versa in PICS
We have updated the Exchange Rate screen in PICS to show the exchange rate from the home currency to the foreign currency and from the foreign currency to the home currency. This will make it much easier to see and understand the exchange rates when comparing PICS to bank and other foreign exchange conversion websites.
More Fields available for Outbound and Inbound Load Screens in PICS
We have added fields to the outbound and inbound load screens for appointment date, time and driver. This info can also be printed on purchase orders and receiving reports.
Computer Screen Resolution updates in PICS
