- We have added a Labels button to the Purchase Order (new style) screen, so you can print stock labels for purchase orders before they are received.
- We added the Customer # to the sales order header list (and it is sortable). This can make it easier to find sales orders since you can now do it by customer # or by sold to name.
- The system now supports “Vendor Managed Inventory” to a certain extent. You can set up a user to be affiliated with a vendor. If you do this, then that user will only be able to view/add/edit/delete purchase orders for the vendor they are affiliated with. Note that this functionality has not been coded “across the board” so it does not work in the AP Voucher screen, as well as other screens where multiple vendors can be viewed/used.
- We added customer stock # and customer GTIN to the information which can be printed on Bill of Lading and Sales Order reports forms.
- We added additional code to prevent deleting AR and AP postings if the period the posting is in is closed in the GL.
